Between May and August, Dart HC takes part in the regional Summer League, playing games at Plymouth Marjon on weekday evenings. In 2023 we are fielding three teams; Dart Knights, Dart Vaders and Dashing Darts. The teams are mixed gender and include players from a wide age range and experience.
Summer League is open to all, including non-members. Please get in touch with the club or contact the captains below if you are interested in playing.
Summer League is a great opportunity to dip your toe in and give Dart Hockey Club a try!
Dart Knights play in the higher Summer League with a rough age range of 15-25. They're a competitive and high-flying team, playing against clubs like Plymouth Marjon and Caradon. Dart HC players returning from University for the summer often suit up for the Knights.
Dart Vaders is a team made up of some of Dart HC's most experienced players alongside some youngsters (the legs of the team!) They play in the league below the Knights along with Dashing Darts, playing clubs including Ashmoor and Tavistock.
Dashing Darts is our developmental Summer League team, made up of a strong mix of up-and-coming junior players and experienced adults. This is a great way for junior players to get a feel for adult hockey in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
