The men capped off an outstanding season yesterday by beating ISCA 9-2 in their final game. The victory secured a 2nd place finish in the league this season.
Goals from Shea Finnegan, Simon Lamb, Jack Carter, Harry Kendall and Benny Williams put Dart in a commanding lead throughout the game. Gabe Reidlinger added 4 goals, bringing his total to the year for 39 as our top goal scorer.
It has been a fantastic year for the lads, winning some huge games and playing some great hockey. Special shout out to our young'uns - Jack Piercy, Benny Williams, Shea Finnegan and Harry Kendall. You all stepped up big time this year, bringing goals and energy throughout. A big thankyou also to our captain, Jack Carter, and vice captain, Simon Lamb, for organising the team this year and leading from the front.
Congratulations to Devonport Services who won the league having won all their games this year. A strong finish from Dart shows that we'll be back next year to make a charge at the top spot!
