The Ladies 1st XI have had a fantastic first season in South Division 2. We had lots more away travelling this year, some with significant distance, but we still made a fun day of it. We've had some excellent matches, notably beating Plymouth Uni 1s 2-1 away from home (having been down 1-0 at half time). We lost 9-0 to them at home towards the start of the season, so this was a great achievement. We've also had matches where we knew we could do better, and this has given us lots to work on in training this season and into next season too. Overall we finished a well deserved 5th out of 10 in the league, which achieved our 'finish mid table' aim for the season. Bring on the 24/25 season for more hard work, enjoyment and hopefully lots of success.
